WHAT IS BARRE?
Barre fitness is a workout that was developed to work muscles in a way that would result in lean muscle mass. Traditional barre involves high repetitions of small range movements, and isometric holds. While our workout uses barre principles, we take barre to the next level by incorporating cardio. The combination of barre and cardio is a full-body workout that burns fat, while strengthening muscles.
I DON'T LIKE CARDIO, WILL I STILL ENJOY THE CLASS?
Absolutely! While we incorporate cardio in all of our workouts, we will always provide modifications and low impact options.
ARE THE CLASSES LIVE OR RECORDED?
All of our classes are pre-recorded and released per our schedule. You can sign up for individual classes by clicking our "Book Class" page or you can join our Sweat Community where you will have access to our workout library. Our workout library contains over 200+ pre-recorded classes.

*Grip socks are used in class to provide extra grip on the bottom of the feet while moving around. While they are not required, you may find them to help prevent slippage while working out.
